For me Chook started with one question how can we enable and empower individuals to have more control over their own destiny. The recent pandemic has shown us that no matter who we are, how strong we are, how capable we are and how hard we are willing to work, there can always be that one event that can shake us to our core and strip us to our bare self, unable to protect, defend and provide for ourselves and our loved ones. At the mercy of someone something anything to help us get through this.

Chook’s mission and purpose will always be about giving back some control to those can be marginalized and stripped bare of all human dignity, to those who want to pursue what they truly believe in, by providing a source of income for those who have the talent, ability and the will. My goal and mission of Chook is that every single meal that is served at every table is a healthy delicious “Home Cooked Meal for You by You” cooked by our wonderful talented and undiscovered chefs with amazing stories
